Treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in whom previous chemotherapy has failed.
treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer after failure of prior anthracycline containing chemotherapy
treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer whose tumours overexpress HER2 and who previously have not received chemotherapy for metastatic disease
adjuvant treatment of patients with node positive breast cancer

Contraindications

History of severe hypersensitivity reactions to docetaxel or any of the excipients.
Baseline neutrophil count of < 1.5 x 10 9 cells/L.
Severe liver impairment.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Contraindications that apply for other drugs also apply when these drugs are combined with docetaxel Concentrated Injection.

Mechanism & pharmacology
